Amchur

Amchur (mango powder) is a spice produced from dried green unripe mangoes. It comes in both powder and complete form. Amchur powder is tangy and sour and is commonly used to lend a zesty flavour to a variety of Indian cuisines, whilst whole amchur can be used to infuse a moderate sourness into soups, stews, and pickles.
